Chef / Restaurateur Alan Laskowski is originally from Philadelphia, PA and a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Alan started in 1985 at the Chalfonte, the oldest hotel / restaurant in Cape May, NJ. For 7 years he owned and operated the Cafe Flower Shop in Philadelphia, and won “Best of Philly” for several of his dishes. In addition, Alan was featured on the Food Network Channel for a Valentine’s Cuisine Special. He specializes in fresh global cuisine with a Northern/Philly flare. Alan recently kickstarted his own product line, starting with his hot sauce. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!
